If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a refund or exchange within 15 Days from date of purchased invoice. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Please note that scarves, belts and fragrences are not returnable or exchangeable items.

For the fastest service, call Customer Service at 1-855-628-7735 to request a Quick-Exchange or simply place a new order online or by phone. We'll ship your new item right away. We'll need to charge you the purchase price, but once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.
we dont send pre paid return lables for items sent back for a refund unless you have placed a new order with the quick exchange method outlined above.
When returning merchandise for a refund your original Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Orders shipped out with a free shipping promo and are sent back for a refund, a 15% handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
